A second bedroom is set up with a queen, and the third has two single beds, which makes the place easy to share between a couple of families, grandparents with the kids, or two couples traveling together. Those two guest rooms share a refreshed bathroom with a tub and shower combination. Across 1,200 square feet, the living room, dining area, and kitchen all open into one another, so nobody is cut off while meals come together or beach bags get packed.
The kitchen is ready for real cooking: full refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and a stocked set of cookware, dishes, and utensils, plus a center island for extra counter space. A washer and dryer in the unit keep sandy towels and swimsuits moving. You will also find air conditioning, central heat, Wi-Fi, a smart TV with cable, fresh linens and towels, and an iron and board.
Step onto the oversized terrace and the dunes and shoreline open up below, with seating ready for slow coffee in the morning or a quiet drink at the end of the day.
The building keeps things simple with a shared pool, an elevator, and covered garage parking that includes a reserved spot plus guest spaces.
St. Augustine Beach is a relaxed stretch of Anastasia Island, with the ocean pier, Anastasia State Park, casual restaurants, and beach shops all close by. The country's oldest city and its historic downtown, with St. George Street and the Castillo, sit a short drive up the coast.
