The large primary bedroom has a king bed, smart TV with cable, en-suite bath with walk in shower and direct access to the private balcony. The second bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV with cable and shares a hall bath that has a shower/tub combo with the third bedroom. The kids will love the third bedroom with a pyramid bunk (twin on top and double on bottom) and an additional twin trundle, smart TV with cable, a small library of children’s books and a built in desk top for work or study. Other features include new vinyl plank flooring throughout, ceiling fans in each room, beautiful shiplap hallways, USB charging stations in bedrooms and a private laundry room right outside your front door with a full size stackable washer and dryer, beach chairs and more. The complex offers two large pools for all guests, an Oceanside Pool just a few steps from the sand and a lusciously landscaped Lagoon Island Pool. The Lagoon Island Pool is also heated for your winter enjoyment. A large gazebo, located between the beach and the ocean pool, offers immediate shade and shelter from the sun. A handicap ramp is also available for our guests with special needs. Ocean Villas Condominium Community is ideally located within walking distance to popular beach front attractions, restaurants, and shopping. No Smoking.
