Welcome to Maritime Place Unit B, a spacious upstairs unit of the perfect vacation house located in the heart of St. Augustine Beach and a short walk from the sand, numerous restaurants, bars, shops, and the St. Johns County Ocean Pier! This all-new large family house boasts two independent living spaces, with this unit accessible by stairs on the side of the home. Located just a few houses from the beach, you will enjoy a short 1-2 minute walk down to the beautiful boardwalk beach access.
Maritime Place is brand new and thoughtfully furnished with guests in mind using high quality furniture, stainless appliances, and a pleasing and soft beach decor. There are plenty of places to sleep all of your guests with three bedrooms and 3 sleeper sofas, plus a trundle twin. Two bedrooms are ensuite masters with bathrooms and there is a third hall bathroom located just outside the queen bedroom. A large dining table and huge breakfast bar and kitchen provide plenty of space for the whole family to gather around for meals. The spacious living room is comfortably furnished with two sofas, a gas log fireplace, and a large screened TV. Multiple balconies provide private spaces to enjoy the ocean breezes and catch glimpses of the ocean. A back courtyard is shared with the downstairs unit and furnished with chaise lounges, picnic table, grill, and sofa. The home comes fully stocked with kitchen supplies so that you can cook "at home," along with soft bath and beach towels, and crisp bed linens.
Maritime Place is located on breathtaking, wide St. Augustine beach. Healthy dunes and foliage create a perfect place for spotting all kinds of wildlife. Watch for gopher tortoises along the beautiful path to the beach and dolphins swimming offshore! Enjoy a number of fine restaurants, plenty of bars, and local attractions and parks all within a few minutes' walk from the home. A favorite local coffee shop, Kookaburra, is just across the street; grab a cup to go at their walk-up window before your morning walk on the beach!
**PET POLICY: Only small dogs are permitted, and must be approved by management PRIOR to booking. You must inquire with the number, weight, and breed to get approval before you book as some breed and size restrictions apply. A pet fee will be required upon approval. Only small, non-shedding dogs.

25 year age requirement to book and stay: Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved dates.
Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee. *Decibel levels are monitored at this property to abide by city and county noise ordinances.
No smoking or vaping on the property. $500 fine for rule violation.
