The living room has a new large screen TV! Living room/ dining room also has a queen sofa bed, comfortable chairs, a desk and a dolphin dining table that seats 6 to 8. The Master bedroom has a good size digital TV and a very comfortable king bed, a reading chair plus guest robes in the large walk in closet. The guest room has twin beds with the required elements to make it into a king bed and a digital TV and a great view of sunsets over the intracoastal waterway. High speed internet and unlimited domestic calling on the house phone keep you connected. Books, puzzles and DVD movies are in the unit for guests. Guests here often talk about feeling at home in this fresh, well kept sky blue unit especially with all the extra's "homes have" supplied by owner, so see the unit before going to the grocery store! Reviews and comments are excellent! Come stay at the "Bird's Nest"! At Summerhouse we have 4 temperature regulated pools to choose from on property making it comfortable to swim all year round! There are also four tennis courts, two racquetball courts and one pickleball court. We have two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. Our common area around the pools are covered with luscious well-maintained grass with a short walk to the beach. Our rental unit has a friendly front office staff and maintenance on site to help resolve any problem quickly if they should arise. We have a small library and a gym available during normal business hours for your convenience.
