This is a 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Flat. You enter the first floor and no need to worry about stairs. This condo sleeps 6 and has all new bedding with a King in the master, 2 twins in guest room and a sleep sofa in the living room. There a re 3 TV's with a brand new 75" in the living room. All new furniture and tile flooring throughout. At Summerhouse we have 4 temperature regulated pools, making it comfortable to swim all year round. There are 4 tennis courts, 2 racquetball courts and a pickleball court. We have 2 grilling areas and 2 playgrounds for the kids. They are conveniently located at either end of the property. Each phase has it's own pool and walkover to the beach. We have a friendly front office staff and on site maintenance to help resolve problems quickly.
Located in Crescent Beach, a neighborhood in St. Augustine, this condo is near theme parks and by the sea. While the natural beauty of St. Augustine Beach and Anastasia State Park can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Hammock Beach Ocean Course.
