The open-concept living area was designed for gathering and relaxing, featuring comfortable seating, elevated finishes, Settle into a quiet, peaceful street (yes—sometimes you’ll hear church bells) and enjoy bright, fresh high-end interiors designed for relaxing after a day of exploring. Lounge with a movie on the 65” LG OLED Smart TV with the Dimplex fireplace for cozy night or step outside to the covered deck to unwind. Off-street driveway parking that will accommodate two cars. There is also ample additional on-street parking (rare in the Old City.)

Guest access
Entire home is yours—self check-in via smart lock. All interior spaces and driveway are private to your group.

LOCATION
Historic Lincolnville is one of St. Augustine’s most walkable neighborhoods, very safe, known for Victorian homes, tree-lined streets.The home is approximately a 10-15 minute walk to popular restaurants and Historic Downtown.
Beaches (St. Augustine Beach/Vilano) are a short drive.
