House feels homey when you enter inside. Beds are comfortable with super soft sheets. Backyard makes you feel like you have escaped into a jungle. Enjoy the extensive patios or the screen room in the backyard. Lots of plants and mature greenery. Small pond in the backyard. We supply bird seed to enjoy the birds and squirrels that are abundant.
Please note that this is not a party house. It’s in a very quiet neighborhood. Excessive noise or over occupancy will not be tolerated. This a duplex setup you share a wall with a full time tenant.
Take a stroll one block to the grocery store, Starbucks, and just over two more blocks to the beach.
Located in St. Augustine, this vacation home is by the sea. Castillo de San Marcos National Monument is a notable landmark, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at St. Augustine Beach and Anastasia State Park. Fiesta Falls Mini-Golf and St. Augustine Alligator Farm Zoological Park are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding and hunting nearby.
