Charming 2-bedroom cottage on Bay View, just off San Marco, featuring two Queen bedrooms, a basic kitchen, dining area, and one bath. Conveniently located a mile north of St. George Street and 1.5 miles from the beach, it's within walking distance to attractions. Pet fee: $50 per dog not added on reservation.

This rental is on a property that has three other rental units. Located in a busy area of St Augustine, it has a safe neighborhood feel for a nice walk! Be aware Popular DOS coffee house is right up the street.

Your cottage is in the rear of the property and is entered through the door marked 4.
Free street parking is available in front of the house; however, please do not park next to the yellow curbs. It is advisable to park on the opposite side of the driveway where the yellow parking blocks are located.
Peony Pearl is a quaint home located behind the main house, featuring two queen bedrooms and one bathroom. The thermostat is conveniently located in the living room. The home includes a full kitchen, equipped with a fridge, microwave, kettle, plates, bowls, cups, utensils, and complimentary coffee/tea. Please note that spices are not provided to ensure optimal sanitation; guests are encouraged to bring their preferred products. The living room offers a comfortable sofa and TV. The bathroom includes a standing shower and is stocked with shampoo, body wash, conditioner, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and two sets of towels per bed. Outside, there is a large side yard with a shared garden (not fenced). Up to two pets are allowed for a small fee of $50 cash; however, no cats or other animals are permitted. Dogs must be leashed and cleaned up after at all times. Security cameras are present on the property, and only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the premises.
Parking can be limited in town, but driving may be best. Near locations are bikes, scooters, three wheelers for rent or grab any of the tourist trollies...all just a few blocks away. Highly recommend asking host about parking near downtown.

-Please keep doors closed due to bugs.
-Free street parking is available in front of the house but please avoid parking next to yellow curbs. Parking next to unit is fine however getting blocked in could happen. Highly recommend units with more than 2-3 vehicles to park in drive way.
-No cable. Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+ connect to your streaming services to watch movies, TV shows, and other content over the internet
-No smoking inside, any smell is a $250 fine. Outside smoking away from doors or the home is fine.
-Trash bins are in the front next to car entrance.
-Having many properties to cover is not a good excuse for anything that we might have missed. Please let us know if there is anything we can fix or drop off. Communication is the key to a great stay and we hope to fulfill that experience!
