(Tier 1) Newly Remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 full bath Southeastern Exposure Flat. Also an East End Unit closest to the ocean and the pool. You enter on the first floor and won't need to worry about climbing stairs. This makes your stay more convenient without the need to carry beach equipment up and down stairs. It is furnished with a king bed in the master bedroom with wall mounted HDTV, two twin beds in the guest bedroom with HDTV, and a sleeper sofa in the living room with a large 65" HDTV. There is also a fireplace in the living room. All TV's include HD cable, Smart Boxes, and voice activated remotes. Fully equipped kitchen and updated bathrooms. Unit has a washer/dryer, internet access and an electric grill on the patio. At Summerhouse we have 4 temperature regulated pools to choose from on property making it comfortable to swim all year round! There are also four tennis courts, two racquetball courts and pickleball courts. We have two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. Our common area around the pools are covered with luscious well-maintained grass with a short walk to the beach. Our rental unit has a friendly front office staff and maintenance on site to help resolve any problem quickly if they should arise. We have a small book library and a gym available during normal business hours for your convenience.
Located on the beach, this condo is in Crescent Beach, a neighborhood in St. Augustine. While the natural beauty of St. Augustine Beach and Anastasia State Park can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Hammock Beach Ocean Course.
