The living space is open and bright, with wood floors, a roomy sectional, and a wall mounted television above a tiled fireplace. Sliding glass doors connect the living room to its own patio, so the indoor and outdoor space flow together. The kitchen is built for actual cooking, with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and a full set of cookware, dishes, and utensils. A breakfast bar works for coffee and laptops, and the dining table handles real meals and card games alike. An in unit washer and dryer make beach towels and longer stays simple.
Other comforts include wifi, a smart TV, air conditioning, central heat, linens and towels, parking, and a desk with chair for anyone who needs to log in for a bit. The community rounds out the beach trip with a shared pool, a hot tub, tennis courts, and that private path down to the sand.
St. Augustine Beach sits on Anastasia Island, with wide open beaches, casual restaurants along the boulevard, and the county pier close by for fishing and beach walks. The oldest city and its historic district, with St. George Street, the Castillo, and the lighthouse, are a quick drive north when you want to trade sand for old streets.
