The first floor features the living and dining combo, a fully stock kitchen, full bathroom, laundry room and a private balcony off of the living area. The second floor has a primary bedroom with a king bed and access to the second private balcony, a secondary bedroom with 1 queen bed and 1 twin and another full bathroom. Other features include wood look flooring throughout, ceiling fans, three cable TVs and a full size washer and dryer. The complex has a beachside zero entry pool and a second pool surrounded by a tropical lagoon with Koi fish and turtles. The lagoon pool is heated during the winter months. This unit has a second floor entrance. No elevator. This unit is pet friendly allowing up to 2 small dogs with a non refundable $250 pet fee.
