NEWLY REMODELED DOWNSTAIRS! COZY/BEACHY 2br 2.5ba Oceanview Townhouse. Wood plank porcelain tile upstairs. Beautiful stairwell, private balcony with amazing ocean and pool views. One king bed in master bedroom and a full size bed and a twin bed with twin underneath in the guest room, pullout couch in living area. Sleeps 6 comfortably. Two flat screen TV's, living room TV is a 55" LCD Ultra HD with unlimited HD Netflix that sits on a romantic electric fireplace with a soundbar. The living room displays a beautiful corduroy bean bag chair that opens to a queen size bed! There's a bookshelf with games and books, DVD player, cable, and very fast WIFI included. At Summerhouse we have 4 temperature regulated pools to choose from on property making it comfortable to swim all year round! There are also four tennis courts, two racquetball courts and one pickleball court. We have two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. Our common area around the pools are covered with luscious well-maintained grass with a short walk to the beach. Our rental unit has a friendly front office staff and maintenance on site to help resolve any problem quickly if they should arise. We have a small library and a gym available during normal business hours for your convenience.
