Welcome to our ground floor relaxing resort style 2 bedroom/ 2 full bath beach front condo with screened in balcony (NO BUGS) located in the closest building to the beach in Ocean Village Club which offers 2 pools (1 heated pool) tennis courts and gated beach walk on access. Beach access is right outside our screened in patio. We provide beach chairs/umbrella and towels. We have a Washer/dryer in our unit and parking right out front. Historic Downtown St. Augustine is a short 10 minute drive to all the fun this great historic city has to offer.
Butler Beach, a neighborhood in St. Augustine, is home to this condo. Shoppers can check out St. George Street, while everyone can enjoy the natural beauty of St. Augustine Beach and Anastasia State Park. Fiesta Falls Mini-Golf and St. Augustine Alligator Farm Zoological Park are also worth visiting.
