This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo is direct ocean front with amazing views of the beach. The relaxing Crescent Beach lifestyle is yours with both the ocean and pool just steps away. Wi-Fi is available. The master bedroom contains a plush king size bed. The guest bedroom has 1 queen bed and a twin bunk bed set. The unit also features a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room as well as your own washer and dryer, 3 TV's, digital cable, and plenty more. This is the place to park your flip flops and stick your toes in the sand. At Summerhouse we have 4 temperature regulated pools to choose from on property making it comfortable to swim all year round! There are also four tennis courts, two racquetball courts and one pickleball court. We have two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. Our common area around the pools are covered with luscious well-maintained grass with a short walk to the beach. Our rental unit has a friendly front office staff and maintenance on site to help resolve any problem quickly if they should arise. We have a small library and a gym available during normal business hours for your convenience.
