This cozy 1 bed/1 bath oceanfront condo is the perfect beach getaway for a couple or small family just a short drive south of historic downtown Saint Augustine, Florida. Guests never want to leave the private balcony with its spectacular top-floor corner view of the Atlantic Ocean, Crescent Beach, and the oceanfront swimming pool. Inside, the living area has a queen sleeper sofa and dinette table with pub-height chairs to enjoy the ocean view. If the ocean isn’t enough, you can enjoy high-speed wireless Internet access and HD cable TV. The compact kitchenette has a smooth-top stove, microwave, refrigerator, standard drip-style coffeemaker, and is stocked with plates/glasses, pots/pans, and utensils. Relax in the bedroom with comfy king bed, HD cable TV, black out drapes and spectacular ocean views out the south-facing window. Linens and towels provided.
Beacher’s Lodge is located on Anastasia Island, in an area known as Crescent Beach, which features a smooth white sandy beach, perfect for walking and playing in the waves, yet just 9 miles south of St Augustine’s historic district. Beacher’s Lodge amenities include private beach walkway, heated oceanfront pool open year round, picnic/grilling area, washer/dryer on premises (not in the condo), and ramp/elevator access from the spacious parking lot. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance.
This condo is just under 400 sq ft. Perfect size for couples by themselves, or parents with 1 or 2 small children. Max adults is 2. Condo cannot sleep more than 4 people per fire code.

• Minimum age to rent is 25. Condo is strictly no pets, no smokers/vapers and no additional guests. Only one vehicle allowed.
• Third party bookings not allowed. All booking requests must be for the individual making the reservation.

Located on the beach, this condo is in Crescent Beach, a neighborhood in St. Augustine. While the natural beauty of St. Augustine Beach and Anastasia State Park can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Hammock Beach Ocean Course.
