The apartment has been completely remodeled with your stay in mind. The brand new kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and is stocked with the essentials you may need for a home cooked meal. Both of the bedrooms offer queen beds, one firm one plush for your choosing. The cozy living room offers a small dining and living area with seating for 4. There is a 55" smart TV in the living room, a stocked and remodeled full bath, free parking for two cars and multiple outdoor seating areas to enjoy the Florida weather.
*Please note, the outdoor dining area may be shared with guests of the main house should stays overlap. Otherwise, there is plenty of privacy and separation as the private entrance to the apartment is located on the opposite far side of the property and the main house has a private seating area in the front yard, for which most often, the backyard patio is often used by guests staying in the apartment.
