The Space:

This super cozy beach cabana is beautifully appointed and perfect for couples or even singles who need a getaway. The kitchen has been fully upgraded with a two burner stove top, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, toaster oven and all of the kitchen accessories you could need. Linens and towels are included. The TV is connected to Wifi so enjoy Netflix and Hulu! There is a private entranceway and a private observation deck above the house where you can lounge and enjoy the ocean views. Just a few feet and your toes are in the sand! You really can't beat the value!
THE LAYOUT:

The bungalow suite is one room with a full kitchen and a private bathroom.

It boasts a Queen size bed and has a walk in shower.
The proximity of this unit is unbeatable to the beach as well as all of St. Augustine Beach's top attractions, eateries, shopping, and events! You can walk everywhere! Just a 12 minute drive to downtown historic St. Augustine for a day of adventurous touring, eating, and all-out fun! To the south is Marineland and Palm Coast, with an array of cool activities and places to discover.
It is important to note that the driveway is shared with the other unit on the premises. You may of course park in the driveway and it is LIKELY that you will be able to, but please remember, there may be guests in the other unit who brought a car and need to park as well. Please be considerate of each other. Street parking is FREE on 5th Street so this is another excellent and convenient option, located right outside the front door.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: In lieu of a traditional security deposit charge or authorization hold for a large sum, we will instead charge a one-time non-refundable incidentals fee to your stay of $49. This fee acts as insurance for minor damages and covers you up to a max of $500 of damage. You may elect to increase your incidentals fee for more coverage ($99 for $1000, $149 for $1500, $199 for $2000 and so on and so forth). *IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you. Your insurance coverage amount ($500, $1000, $1500, etc) is not the max that you are responsible for. If damages exist beyond your coverage amount we will document this with photos and professional estimates of repair, and bill you for the repairs or replacements.
Guest Access:

Entire space is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home. The home located adjacent to this house is entirely separate. They have their own space and their own amenities.
The Neighborhood:

The house is walkable to a ton of my favorite places at the beach! Try Sunset Grille, Stir It Up, and Salt Life for a bite to eat.
The Kookaburra coffee shop is just a few short blocks away, and is a local favorite.
Just a 10 minute walk up A1A is the pier where you can park and go fishing or enjoy the weekly Wednesday farmers market from 9am-12pm.
Getting Around:

We recommend renting a car or renting bikes from Drifters, located just 2 blocks away!

WEEKLY SERVICES: There are various service providers that visit and maintain the exterior of the property on a weekly basis and the days they visit vary from week to week. These services include lawn care, exterior pest control, trash handling and where applicable, pool and spa cleaners. Some properties may have other specialty service providers. If you see them outside, they are just on site to do their job and keep the home in its best condition for the enjoyment of our guests.
Guests must be 21 or older to book.

Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

One dog maximum is allowed - no weight limit.
Our dog rent fee is $30.00/Night, $175.00/Week, with a maximum of $300.00/Month.

-This fee is added on to your total after booking confirmation.

-The fee doesn't cover damage caused by your pet. We will provide photos and a handyman quote to fairly assess repair charges.

-Pets must be fully housebroken, freshly bathed prior to arrival and treated with flea and tick meds within 30 days of check in.

-Please share with us any details regarding weight, age, if crated when left alone, if allowed on furniture. If you are bringing a dog, please reach out to us directly about our policy and fees!
LOST AND FOUND ITEMS: We charge a $50 minimum to ship forgotten items, which must be paid in advance. For heavier items, we ask that you pre-pay the $50 and we will acquire any additional shipping cost and bill this to you accordingly + 25% service fee.
Interaction with Guests:

I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I'm only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self checkin upon arrival.

Located in St. Augustine, this apartment is on the waterfront. Castillo de San Marcos National Monument is a notable landmark, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at St. Augustine Beach and Anastasia State Park. Fiesta Falls Mini-Golf and St. Augustine Alligator Farm Zoological Park are also worth visiting.
