Located in Bridgehampton/Sagaponack North-Sagaponack is between Bridgehampton, to the West and Easthampton to the East and Sag Harbor to the South. The house has a beautifully renovated kitchen, indoor and outdoor sound system, air conditioning, a wood burning fireplace, fans, a porch and deck for cocktails and dining, barbecuing and and for larger groups for cocktails. Available weekly, monthly and year round. Beautifully landscaped backyard with lawn, hammock, and heated pool. Close by to wine vineyards, golf range, tennis, riding - can bike everywhere. You will find many fun-filled activities including a music and wine tasting across the way open to the public, great shopping, restaurants, bike excursions, wildlife reserves, cooking classes, horse show, polo matches, movies, theatre, music, dancing and more! A couple miles to the beach, and from charming town of Sag Harbour. Great during the winter - light a fire, watch a movie in the lower level “she cave”. This home is a cozy contemporary light filled home located on one acre of land, two floors with two bedrooms per floor and three full bathrooms.
Please note:
-All fees listed, outside of VRBO damage deposit and fees, are required and MUST be paid by check in full upon rental confirmation. -Security deposit will be adjusted to 20% of base rental
-Utility deposit will be adjusted to reflect 5% of base rental
-Propane deposit is only if you plan to use the pool heat. The deposit reflects cost to fully replenish the tank. Any propane amount used will be deducted and the balance will be returned within 14 days of checkout.
