It is a quick bike ride or short walk to nearby Sunset Beach, or a 2 minute drive to
popular Long Beach on the Peconic Bay.
Ocean Beaches are only 15 minutes away by car.
The first floor has an eat-in kitchen and sunny living room with fireplace and piano as well as a full bath and two rooms that
may be used as bedrooms or office or play space.
Beautiful cedar deck just off kitchen, with a retractable awning and 4-person Nordic spa. Great for outdoor dining with a 6-person teak dining table/chairs and gas grill.
The second floor has 2 bedrooms and a full bath with tub/shower.
Air Conditioning throughout, window units upstairs, Central AC downstairs. Ceiling fans in kitchen and both first floor bedrooms.
There is very little traffic on this street and a fenced in backyard makes it perfect for a young family.
Located in Sag Harbor, this vacation home is by the sea. While the natural beauty of The Hamptons Beaches and East Hampton Main Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Shinnecock Hills Golf Course.
Bay Street Theatre and Off the Rocker are also worth visiting. Motor boating and sailing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling and hiking nearby.
