The main house features an open living room with vaulted ceiling, dining area, country kitchen, 3 bedrooms (including a 2nd floor master suite), charming back porch, and expansive grounds. In addition there is an oversized detached garage with a guest house featuring loft bedroom with two double beds and full bath. Each room has its own unique charm and is decorated with antiques, art, and custom made rugs. The main level is comprised of an amazing London style gourmet kitchen with all high end appliances. The great room features double height ceilings with wooden beam accents which connects to a comfortable sitting room. The second story landing has a long sitting nook overlooking the great room. The master has a private landing as well as a large dual bath. The lower level is completely finished and decorated to the same level of detail as the rest of the home. It has one en suite bedroom, perfect for a nanny or housekeeper. The detail extends to the grounds, pool, and pool house. The landscaping is professionally done with specimen trees and meticulous detail. In the Hamptons, location is key. The house is perfectly situated offering easy access to Easthampton, Bridgehampton and Sag Harbor.
