You could bring a car, but why? Instead, just kick back, eating dinner by candlelight on the wraparound porch of this beautiful, renovated Victorian house, the belle of the neighborhood, watching your children run on the large lawn or swing on the swing set. Or load up the wagon and stroll to the Sag Harbor bay beach a few houses away. Or sip your margaritas as you lounge by the gunite pool (complete with brand-new renovated pool house). Or wander with the family into the sweet whaling town of Sag Harbor with the best food, boutiques, coffee houses (and donut shop) in the Hamptons (and no chain stores!). No need to leave the house for the fireworks. You can see them all from the rocking chairs on the porch. Rainy day? The third floor play room will keep children entertained for hours. While retaining its turn-of-the-century elegance, the house has all the modern conveniences you would want, including a SubZero refrigerator, wine fridge, Viking range, Apple TV with Hulu and Netflix, central a/c, wi-fi, 4 bedrooms and an air-conditioned, just renovated pool house (with an additional bedroom and full bathroom). Maximum 10 people of which up to 4 children are permitted, unless specifically approved otherwise by the owners.
First Floor: eat-in kitchen, dining room with table that expands from 8 to 12, sitting room with game table, family room with pull out couch and tv, half bathroom
Second Floor: Master bedroom with ensuite marble bathroom, kids bedroom with bunk bed and trundle, queen guest room, guest bathroom
Third Floor: Play room and queen bed, full-size futon, half bathroom
Pool House: Queen size bed, marble bathroom

Located in Sag Harbor, this vacation home is near the beach. Havens House and Home Sweet Home Museum are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Sag Harbor Whaling and Historical Museum and South Fork Natural History Museum and Nature Center. Children's Museum of The East End and East Hampton Village Nature Trail and Wildlife Sanctuary are also worth visiting.
