This home offers the opportunity to gather in central areas for group activities and also find privacy in separate areas of the property. As you enter the front door you can explore the open living area to your right, featuring a lovely living room seating area with fireplace. This opens up into an enormous kitchen with 12 foot island, and then evolves into a vaulted sunroom with large dining room table from which you can sit and view the natural tableau through the many windows that face the landscape of the backyard. An 8 burner stove with two ovens, in addition to the well-appointed culinary supplies sitting within the custom kitchen cabinetry, leaves you well prepared to cook as much or as little as you please.
To the left of the front door is an immensely comfortable lounge with TV, connected via sliding door to an expansive side deck with ample seating for sun-bathing or quiet reading. Just beyond the lounge is a bedroom with office study, located around the corner from a full bathroom.
Upstairs you will find three bedrooms in total, including a king-sized bed with en-suite bathroom. A large bedroom with a queen bed and a bedroom featuring two twin beds share another full bath.
Outside in the back you will enjoy a lounge area with expandable table and plenty of seating for all of your outdoor dining needs! There is also an outdoor shower and a Weber gas grill, in addition to a fire pit for those cooler evenings. If you want some outdoor relaxation, lay out in the hammock and read a book. Perfect for unwinding after a long day at the beach!
Located in Sag Harbor, this vacation home is near the beach. While the natural beauty of The Hamptons Beaches and Cooper's Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Shinnecock Hills Golf Course.
Sag Harbor Whaling and Historical Museum and Off the Rocker are also worth visiting. Motor boating offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding nearby.
