This spacious and open older contemporary home has been recently updated, new pool liner, tennis court revamped, painted and some redecoration. It is an entertainers and family gathering refuge. There are 2 living room areas, 2 eating areas plus a breakfast bar in the kitchen. Kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless appliances and a sliding glass door to the deck and BBQ. The sliding glass doors open to the deck and pool creating a great indoor/outdoor flow. The large deck has several patio sets and lounge chairs surrounding the sunny pool. The pool deck is huge and a great place to chill out.
