All the bedrooms are equipped with a queen-size bed. Our mattress will provide you with great comfort to rest at night. Relax with your family and our cozy living room with an additional sofa queen bed. Pets are not allowed at this property. Violating the no-pet rules will result in eviction & HOA and/or RnR-imposed fines of up to $1,500. We understand the importance of Trained Service & ESA dogs & can help you find a dog-friendly home for your stay—we have many of them. If you have a service/support dog, are unable to find alternate lodging & insist on staying in this property, you will be charged a refundable security deposit to cover any damage, extra cleaning, or fines for violating the HOA and/or RnR house rules.

We have a professional pest control service every month. Our home is rural and surrounded by beautiful natural trees so on occasion, and despite our best efforts, a stray bug, roach, spider, or other nature-loving creature may wander inside. This also happens during summer due to extremely hot and dry weather. Upon booking, guests accept this possibility and uncontrollable situation.

Southwestern Sacramento, a neighborhood in Sacramento, is home to this vacation home. Arden Fair Mall is worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Sacramento Zoo and Cal Expo.
