Please note that we require our guest to verify their booking by sending a copy of their valid ID. Once verified, we will provide you with the door code before your check in time
Please note that for security purposes, a complete property address will be disclosed after fully confirmed reservation.
Check-in/out: 4 PM check-in, 11 AM check-out. Early/late fees may apply.
Quiet enjoyment: This is a peaceful neighborhood. Parties and loud noise are not allowed after 9:30 PM.
Respect the property: No smoking inside, no drugs (VIOLATION FEE $500 per day)
Treat furniture and amenities with care ( DAMAGE cost will be charge)
Additional fees: May apply for excessive towel use, uncleaned BBQ, extra guests, holidays.
Please note that the pet fee is $100 per pet per stay plus 12% tax.
PLEASE NOTE: DO NOT FLUSH WIPES, PAPER TOWELS, OR OTHER ITEMS DOWN THE TOILET.
These items can cause clogs and overflows, leading to costly repairs.
