Per regulations, guests are not allowed to use the mailboxes on site. You may have Amazon packages delivered to the door and also use nearby post office boxes for mail. We would not be liable for any lost packages.
Guest access

You will have access to the entire unit, and all its in-unit amenities. No shared spaces.
Other things to note

Property is has exterior cameras in front and at the entry, which may or may not be recording 24 hours daily.
Parking strictly under designated address carport and driveway.
Blocking neighboring unit carport and driveway prohibited. May result in tow away if violated at owner’s expense.

AC is locked at 78 degrees due to prior issues with guests setting it too low. Sacramento summers are quite hot at 78 degrees is a reasonable temperature to expect; any lower will freeze our coils and break the AC system. Thank you for understanding and let us know if you have any questions about this.

NO Pets
NO smoking, no littering cigarette butts, no rubbing out burning cigarette tips, no flicking cigarette ashes anywhere on property including apartment complex. Please smoke on the street.
NO parties or events
Check-in is anytime after 4 PM and checkout by 11 AM
Self-check-in with smart lock
Do not disturb neighbors
Do not burn candles, incense or any other open flames.
Lock the door AT ALL TIMES. We want you and your things to be safe.
Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation and no unapproved visitors.
No Loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 pm.
If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.
We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.

• FEES: Smoking of any kind will result in a $250 Charge
