The Space:
Home includes two living areas, one is the official living room and the other one is the 'TV room', which holds a 55" TV. The living room leads into a separate dining room decorated with a beautiful large decorative clock. The home also includes two full bathrooms, one next to the guest bedroom and another one attached to the Master bedroom. The kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances, brand-new white quartz countertops, and recessed lighting. The guest bedroom has been furnished with a queen-size murphy bed, perfect for those wanting to use the space for an office or something else. The master bedroom comes with a cal-king size bed with a mounted TV and very large walk-in closet.
Guest access
Guests have access to the whole home except for the garage, which is where the owner stores all of his personal belongings.

Other things to note
the back side of the property has a sound-blocking wall which faces the light rail, where the train also passes by about twice a day. Therefore, there may be occassional low noises, but nothing disturbing.

The pool also does not have a heater, so it utilizes the heat from the sun to warm up. Not an issue at all, since the pool is small and heats up quickly during the hot summer days!

Southeastern Sacramento, a neighborhood in Sacramento, is home to this vacation home.
