The space
Enter the a-frame cabin into a bright living area with high ceilings. Take in the unique architecture of an A-frame cabin with exposed beams, and floor to ceiling front windows. The entire cabin has been fully renovated. The living room has a comfy full size sofa, smart tv with surround sound and a wood burning fireplace. A/C and heating which is set up for a cozy temperature for you arrival. Walk out onto the front deck from the living room sliding doors. Perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine.

The kitchen is new, modern and fully stocked. It is open to the living room and has a table with additional stools to enjoy meals. Take in the view out the kitchen window while preparing a great meal. Dishwasher available in the kitchen. Enjoy the coffee bar with tea and hot chocolate available. You can enjoy cooking outdoors on the bbq grill located on side deck. Full table with umbrella for outdoor meals.

The main floor has a cozy and comfy bedroom with Full and Twin size beds. The room has two windows which lets in lots of light. Dresser and hangers in the closet as well as a washer and dryer unit.

The upstairs loft has a king size bed perfect for resting and taking in the front window view. The loft is roomy and has a smart tv for movies in bed. A desk is available upstairs overlooking the front window, a great place for writing or getting some work done.

The bathroom is fully renovated with a tub shower combo.

Enjoy the outdoors on our wrap around deck and back yard. Flat backyard partially fenced great for snow play. The backyard has seating and a table.

The entire a-frame cabin and outdoor space is available to guest. Easy access parking on flat driveway for up to 3 cars. We are a 2-minute walk to the seasonal Arrowbear lake. As well as Tucker field and children's park. Many hikes to explore nearby. 6-minute walk to Victoria's family restaurant for a delicious meal. Only a 5 minute drive to restaurants, grocery store and shopping at our neighbor city Running Springs.

Additional places to explore:

-5-minute drive to snowdrift snow-tubing park.
-A 10-minute drive to Snow-Valley mountain Resort for skiing, snowboarding, snow play and dining.
-Sky Park (mountain biking) and Santa's village is a 15 minute drive.
-Children's Forest hike and visitor center 5 minute drive
Other things to note
-Please respect the community and our neighbors.
-Be compliant of quiet hours between 10pm to 8 am.
-Please include all guests on your reservation that will be on the property during your stay
-No smoking or vaping allowed inside the cabin
-Please note there is NO street parking allowed on the mountain.
-We recommend having tire chains in your possession during the winter months
-Please check weather and traffic condition before driving up the mountain.
-Due to wildlife, assure that trash is left inside the trash bin with lid locked.
-We do not provide firewood, please bring your own
-No parties and strict occupancy limit is enforced

EV Charger:

Our EV charger is complimentary. However, between 4 PM and 9 PM, it is temporarily unavailable due to peak electricity rates. If you'd like to use it during these hours, we can activate it upon request, and you will be charged based on your usage.
Winter Travel Advisory:

If you’re traveling in winter, we strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance. Refunds will not be issued for weather or road conditions, as tolerance for driving in such conditions varies. We will make every effort to accommodate regular check-in and check-out times, weather permitting.

Mountain Critters Notice:

In the mountains, encountering wildlife is a common occurrence. Despite professional cleaning after each guest and our efforts to manage pests humanely, occasional critters may still find their way into the property. Please be aware of this possibility during your stay.

Located in Running Springs, this cabin is in the mountains and on a lake. Travelers who have shopping on the agenda can visit Lake Arrowhead Village and The Village, while those looking for another kind of activity may want to check out Snow Summit. SkyPark at Santa's Village and McKenzie Water Ski School are also worth visiting. Enjoy the area's slopes with snowboarding and skiing, and don't miss out on the sledding.
