Our 2018 sq ft home is thoughtfully designed and carefully curated to enhance your comfort and relaxation. Charming space invites you to recharge, relax, and disconnect from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Step outside to discover a fully enclosed pool and lanai, surrounded by lush greenery. The spacious covered porch area beckons for outdoor living, where you can laugh, dine, and unwind. Our house sits gracefully on a canal teeming with turtles and fish, creating a soothing ambiance. Inside, you’ll find three bedrooms—two boasting king beds for regal comfort, and one with two double beds adorned with cooling comforters, crisp duvets, and soft pillows. Wake up refreshed and rejuvenated in this blissful retreat.
Step into our fully equipped kitchen, complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an inviting coffee bar featuring a Keurig drip and espresso machine. As you sip your coffee, or prepare a meal you have the option of casual bar top dining or sit-down meals at our spacious table for eight. Whether you're cooking for two or have a family of eight, our kitchen provides all the essentials: stove, microwave, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and ample counter space to make whipping up a delicious meal a breeze.
Tucked away in the scenic Cape Haze region, Rotonda seamlessly blends natural beauty with its unique circular layout—reminiscent of a wagon wheel. The community features golf courses, tranquil lakes, and winding canals. A mere 15-minute drive takes you to the breathtaking white sandy beaches of Boca Grande and Englewood, where you can indulge in activities like shelling, snorkeling, boating, beachcombing, and kayaking.
