Note: This property is a budget friendly bungalow centrally located in Roseville by the boarder of st Clair Shores. Because of the central location, one of the crossroads on the property is 12 Mile which is a major street so there will be some traffic or city noise. The property is within walking distance to restaurants, stores, and groceries as well as a quarter mile from i94 and a mile from i696.

Kitchen: features fridge, freezer, range, microwave, tea kettle, k-cup coffee maker, basic kitchen and cooking supplies, corner table and bench with a complementary starter pack of coffee pods, sugar, and tea bags.
Master bedroom: features a King size bed located upstairs on the 2nd floor with a dedicated desk, chair, duel night tables, duel clothes racks and hangers
Guest bedroom 1: entry level facing main road/front of home features a queen memory foam bed with a dedicated desk, chair, night stand with charging outlets, lamp, closet and hangers.
Guest bedroom 2: entry level facing back of home with 2 twin mattresses on a daybed frame (2nd mattress frame rolls out from under bed) with a dedicated desk, chair, lamp, nightstand, closet and hangers (note bedroom 2 is a main entry door/point off the back deck)
Bathroom: stand up walk in tiled shower with a built in bench and handrail, towels, washcloths, hand towels, basic bulk shampoo conditioner and shower gel as well as blow dryer are available for use
Patio: back patio and deck features outdoor rug, cushioned bench and seats, and industrial stools
Laundry room: washer and dryer are in the basement for longer stays
