All the bedrooms are sep up with queen size beds pillow mattress that you and your party will have a comfortable and relaxing time. As you enter the property, you will find a formal living room and dining room. The master suite is nicely sized and offers an ensuite bathroom with a walk in closet and a tub.

Don't miss out your favorite shows (Netflix), high-speed internet. This home is ideal for Visitors, Families, Business Travelers, and Executives.

We are located waking distance from Kaiser Hospital Eureka, 4 miles to Galleria Shopping Mall, top golf and other places to have a great time with your family and friends.

Guest have access to the whole house minus the garage.

- We don't allow visitors from our guest.

- No smoke inside of the property (if guest smoke inside we will charge a fee).
- No drugs inside of the property (medical cannabis neither).
- Locals must contact us before booking. Otherwise, reservation will be cancelled.
- One Security Ring Door Camera located in the Front of the House.

Our home is rural and surrounded by beautiful natural trees so on occasion, and despite our best efforts, a stray bug, roaches, spider, or other nature-loving creature may wander inside. This also happens during summer due to extremely hot and dry weather. Upon booking, guests accept this possibility and uncontrollable situation.

Cresthaven, a neighborhood in Roseville, is home to this vacation home. Cal Expo and Roller King Skating & Blading are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Arden Fair Mall and Denio's Farmers Market & Swap Meet. Rusch Community Park and Roseville Arts Center are also worth visiting.
