Centrally located near Seagrove, Watersound, Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach in the quiet gated community of Pelican Pointe at Camp Creek, you can easily entertain a group in the open concept living area large enough for everyone to gather together. The kitchen includes a large island that seats 8-10, 2 stainless steel refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, and a 36'' gas range. Located second row back from the Gulf of Mexico beach with expansive Gulf views, the residence is perfectly designed to be sure your guests will experience the ultimate beach vacation - the exterior features a spacious outdoor area with plenty of seating, a private heated salt water pool and barbecue grill. There is parking for up to six vehicles with no room for RVs or trailers. See the view of the Gulf from four of the spacious bedroom suites. If you just want to sit back and enjoy the view, you will have gorgeous views of the emerald waters of the Gulf from two balconies that run the length of the home. When it's time for a break from the sun, use one of the home's two large entertainment rooms to watch a movie, play a game of pool, foosball, ping pong, or just hang out on one of the home's shaded porch or balconies. When you're ready to escape to the beach, you are 280 steps (three minutes) from beach access to the Gulf's sugar-white sands.
