As you adventure to the second and third floors, the elevator will help make moving into your home-away-from home even easier. The second floor hosts a large media space at the top of the stairs, two king suites, a bunk room with two twin-over-full bunkbeds, and an additional laundry. All three bedrooms provide attached bathrooms and feature relaxing balconies. The third floor hosts a lounge area with wet bar and 5th bedroom. This third-floor king en suite room features a surprising hide-away loft with four twin beds. Take the spiral staircase to the top of the home and enjoy private sunset viewing from the observation tower featuring 360 degrees views of the Gulf of Mexico and Rosemary Beach.
