INSIDE THE HOUSE

Welcome to Forever Summer. This two-story home is designed for beach living with a laid-back family friendly vibe, perfect for you & your family or guests. The first floor features a guest suite with queen size bed, a flat screen TV, and ensuite with a tub/shower combo. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch, or outdoors on the cozy swing, listening to the sounds of Seacrest. 

The first floor living area has a beautiful open concept with plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy. Oversized sofas and comfortable chairs give the perfect backdrop for a family movie night or to watch the big game. Your kitchen offers a full suite of appliances including an icemaker and all the cookware, dishes, and glasses you need for big feasts. The dining area has seating for 6 at the table and an additional 4 at the breakfast bar leaving plenty of elbow space for the family after a slow day at the beach. A full-size washer and dryer is on the 2nd floor to wash away the sea water and get ready for your next day!

Upstairs, you’ll find a beautiful master suites and two guest rooms.  The master has a king bed with ensuite, with a jacuzzi tub and walk in shower.  With a second-floor wet bar, enjoy your evening cocktail on the balcony, star gazing over the Emerald Coast. The guest suite has a queen bed with shared bathroom; offering every guest the perfect retreat after a day at the beach, the guest suite has private access to the balcony also.  The 2nd floor bunk room is a perfect kid friendly hang out for late night sleep overs and has 6 twin XL beds!  Each bedroom has a TV.

On the back deck, there is an outdoor shower, for rinsing off after a day at the beach as well as a grill for summer BBQ’s. The home has a large front porch perfect for lounging with a cup of coffee and a good book and a private pool for splashing around! Pool can be heated for an additional fee.

Seacrest town center has several restaurants, little boutiques, souvenir shops, bike rentals, and a small grocery store.  Spring break through summer you can enjoy live music!  .

Nestled close to Rosemary Beach, enjoy walking or riding your bikes to the area’s best dining, unique boutique shopping, bike paths. Seacrest Beach North is a short walk to the gorgeous Emerald Coast Beaches or you can climb aboard Seacrest Beach’s private beach shuttle that will pick you up at Tram stop D8 - which is across the street from your home -  and take you right to the beach!

The home is just leisurely stroll down the brick paver streets lined with palm trees and you will discover the beautiful 12,000 square foot swimming pool area with waterfalls, fountains, two bath houses and plenty of space to soak up the sun.

You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Rosemary Beach, a neighborhood in Panama City Beach. Frank Brown Park is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Sundog Books and Emerald Coast Mirror Maze are also worth visiting. Snorkeling, surfing/body boarding, and fishing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.
