- Primary bedroom: King Bed with large windows bringing in the natural light, plus a ceiling fan and en-suite. En suite features a double vanity and walk in shower.
- Guest bedroom: A second King Bed with ceiling fan and coastal beachy blues throughout.
- Bunk room: 1 Twin over Twin Bunk Bed and Twin with pull out trundle. (Sleeps 4)

Other things to note:
- Parking is available in the driveway for 2 vehicles at the townhome directly in front of the garage door. There is also space for 1 smaller car in the garage. There is no street parking available but there is overflow parking in South Prominence.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 23.
- Apologies, no furry friends are allowed at the home. We appreciate your understanding on this.
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.

Located in Santa Rosa Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. Frank Brown Park is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Alys Beach and Seacrest Beach. Sundog Books and Eden Gardens State Park are also worth visiting. Kayaking, snorkeling, and parasailing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking nearby.
