This luxurious home was remodeled and professionally decorated in 2026 by TSP Designs. The moment you arrive you will enjoy the new beautiful cobblestone driveway and patio with covered swing. Relax and unwind on the front porch. Lush landscaping and lighting. Features three bedrooms, three full bathrooms with an open modern and relaxing floor plan. Every room has 60-inch brand new smart tv’s, furniture and luxury bedding. High end fixtures throughout, Nest thermostat, travertine floors downstairs and wood floors upstairs. All stainless-steel appliances with a fully equipped kitchen. Your choice of Keurig or 12 cup coffee maker. The modern all white Tulip dining table seats four and two counter height chairs for dining.
The First floor opens spacious living and dining floor plan. Master with king-size bed and French double doors opening to a private outdoor patio with a modern fire-pit and chairs. Perfect spot for relaxing or nighttime drinks by the fire. Washer and dryer located on the main floor with a full travertine shower bathroom.
The second floor has two upstairs bedrooms, one with a queen-bed and full private travertine bathtub/shower. Take in the full French double doors that open to a full outdoor patio seating area. The covered patio is strung with lights that change colors and modern seating to relax and enjoy the nighttime ambience. Breathtaking view of the palm trees along with the sound and smell of the ocean breeze. The third pristine bedroom has two twin size beds, a large dresser and full private travertine bathtub/shower.
