1 Br Apartment Vacation Rental In Chiajna, Ilfov

This excellent luxury studio located in a residential area in the west of Bucharest, can be used as a living room and / or as a bedroom having all the necessary for both. It has a beautiful large extensible sofa bed corner ( 195 x155 cm as dimensions) plus 2 large extensible armchairs ( each one with dimensions 205 x80 cm ) in which can sleep very well four persons. It is decorated very modern and tastefully , especially for guests to feel themselves very comfortable in it.
The room has TV set ( HD – this means you can see multiple international television programs and if you understand English you have to know that in Romania all the movies are subtitled so you will understand everything ). You have AC , central heating and plenty of spaces to put your clothes, you have iron, ironing board, tumble dryer for laundry , in case you need. For sleeping you'll find here comfortable pillows, quilts, clean sheets and towels . Furthermore, you also have a space for work , where you can use your laptop very well having free internet cable and wi-fi, and the room also has air conditioning.
The bathroom is large , it has a hot tub with powerful jets for massage purposes, dryer for towels, and all facilities in it are modern and newly procured. You have here free hairdryer, fresh towels, shampoo, soap . Also , in bathroom, you will find the washing machine that you can use whenever you need. Everything is tastefully arranged and the bathroom has ceramic tiles and ventilation.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary things : refrigerator, stove with oven, grill, rotisserie, cooker hood, microwave, blender, coffee machine, toaster, sandwich maker, dishes, glasses and utensils for eating or cooking, salt, oil, vinegar, sugar, tea, coffee, hot water anytime . Here you will also find the central heating that you can use whenever you need.
The neighborhood

Even this lovely studio is located near Bucharest, it is located in the largest residential area in Romania and you will not lack in anything, having absolutely everything needed just two steps away from the apartment. Here you can enjoy Aqua Garden club ( this club provides the perfect place for recreation during the summer, casual or business meetings and parties of different natures - birthdays, meetings, launches, bachelor or bachelorette party, etc. It has superb outside and inside swimming pools, Japanese restaurant, restaurant with Romanian and Mediterranean specialties , with a capacity of 250 seats , entertainment & bar (music, entertainers, ice cream, tropical bar - cocktails, juices, soft drinks) . Also , near, you will found out Militari Wellness , where you can combine sport with fun and relaxation (an Olympic pool of 800 square meters , children's pools surrounded by lush plants and furniture Pedrali, an inviting atmosphere complemented by a tasty and healthy food at Fresh Barpe that you can enjoy it during your stay. In case you have children, you have here and a playground for children with supervisor. Other facilities that you can enjoy here are: fresh bar, SPA suites, with Jacuzzi and sauna, nutrition, scanning and metabolic evaluation, massage, aerobic, fitness and more. Furthermore, you have here and Militari Ballroom (includes five events rooms with a capacity between 200 and 600 persons / sitting) and anniversaries parties organized very professionally. Another club that you can enjoy in this area , is Club Spa Militari that offers you: aerobics, fitness, spinning, massage, table tennis, saline, hammam, swimming, taekwondo, swimming classes. And all these clubs are situated at only five minutes by walking from my apartment. If you like shopping I have good news for you , because my apartment is situated at 5 minutes by walking from Militari Shopping center where you can enjoy : Adidas outlet, Altex, Anna Cori, Arsis, Auchan hypermarket, B&B, Bebe, C&A, Camaieu, Catali, Colin’s, Decathlon, H&M, Hervis, Koton, Maxi Pet, Clean services, Deichmann, Diego, Dinner food, Dm, Eva salon, Flormar, Germanos, Green future, Gusto Dominium, Help Net, High Class optic, Humanic, Inmedio, Jolidon, JYSK, Kallos cosmetics, KFC, Karmann, Kurtos, LC Waikiki, LOTO, NewYoker, Orange store, Pepco, Praktiker, Remedia vert, Salamander, Secuiana, Sevda, Springtime, Suvari, Takko, Tava cu de toate, Top Shop, Yokko and more. Close to my apartment , few minutes by walking there is a supermarket " Penny" where you can buy anything you may need.
If you want fast food , at 15 minute by walking you have a McDonald’s or you can go closer, in Militari Shopping Center where there is KFC, Springtime and many others.
If you like more entertainment , at just 10 minutes with a free bus you can arrive at Divertiland , which is a huge park for relaxations, sports and fun activities , where you can have a great time during the Summer !

Getting around

-My studio is in a residential area but this does not mean that you are far from the center of Bucharest, since you can reach downtown in half an hour with the bus that you'll take from the station located very close to my apartment: with the bus 178 you will arrive to Basarab railway station and to North railway station, Cismigiu Gardens, Sala Palatului ( the centre of Bucharest ) and with the bus 138 you will arrive to the Opera house , Cismigiu Gardens, University ( the centre of Bucharest) . You can also take the bus 178 or the bus 138 five stations till Pacii ( metro station ) and from there to go very fast anywhere in Bucharest, reaching this way any part of Bucharest in 20 - 30 minutes.

Other things to note

- When you arrive at the Bucharest airport , I can arrange for you a taxi to pick you up from there and to bring you directly to my apartment. Or, in case you prefer something less costly, you can take the express buss 783 from the airport till Unirii station and from there the metro till Pacii station and from there the bus 178( till last station, where it is situated Militari Residence and my studio) .
- The building in which is situated my studio it is given recently in use . The entire area is a residential area whose construction started only a few years ago, and it is a booming area, with many other buildings that are still under construction.
- For the express buss 783 that you'll take from Henri Coanda or from airport Baneasa:

- The ticket can be purchased in front of the Arrivals Terminal Henri Coanda airport, between 6: 00-21: 00. The ticket price for the two trips is 7 lei, approx. 1,5 Euro.
Also from there you can buy and normal bus tickets to have with you during your stay in Romania ( 1,3 RON / 1 travel with the bus = 0.3 Euro)
- If you want to order a taxi on your own, when you arrive in Bucharest , at the airport ( at Arrivals) there are special devices for it, where you can pick your favorite taxi company , you will be given a voucher that will write when and where your ordered taxi come (usually the taxi you've ordered on this device comes in approx. 5 min. and costs around 7-8 Euro from the airport to my apartment)

House Rules

Located in Chiajna, this apartment is near theme parks and near a water park. Terra Park and Bucharest Botanical Garden are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Unirea Shopping Center and Colosseum Mall. Looking to enjoy an event or a game while in town? See what's happening at Ghencea Stadium or Giulesti Stadium. With water tubing and swimming nearby, you'll find plenty of adventures in the water.
