The first floor features a dry entry that leads to 2 downstairs bedrooms that share a full bath. The second floor has 3 bedrooms (1 master) and 2 full baths. Two bedrooms open onto a shaded mid-level oceanside deck. The foyer also opens onto a covered front porch. This level has a laundry nook with washer/dryer. The expansive top floor great room has vaulted ceilings and sliders that open onto a wide furnished deck that features stunning ocean and sound views for spectacular sunrises and sunsets. You will love the well-equipped kitchen with large breakfast bar, large dining area and a convenient powder room.
