Sitting just a block off the ocean, this four-bedroom/three-full and one-half-bath home offers a private family escape that will delight both adults and kids alike. A ground-level 14’x28’ private pool is the perfect place to splash away a day or relax in a chaise on the sunny deck. Not a pool day? Just inside, a den featuring a queen sofa bed, 4-in-1 gaming table, refrigerator, and TV equipped with an Amazon Firestick offers an alternative respite. Three of the home’s comfortable bedrooms occupy the first floor: A king master with an ensuite bath along with a room with two double beds and another with a queen bed and bunk that share a full hallway bath. A wrap-around covered deck reveals a six-person hot tub, the perfect place for galaxy gazing or a soothing soak as you watch the sun rise. The home’s fourth bedroom, a primary king, is on the second level. This room features a jacuzzi tub and access to a private deck. Another deck and a screened-in porch are accessible from the great room, a lovely open area that brings everyone together for feasts, fun and games and those fabulous memories that family vacations create.
