There’s a 6-person hot tub for soothing respite and two outdoor showers to clean up after a sandy and salty day. And that’s just outside. The home is equipped with an elevator providing accessibility to all of the floors, especially the home’s 10 master bedrooms. Two king bedrooms and one with two bunkbeds are located on the first floor. Five more king bedrooms, including three sound-facing and one handicap friendly, are located on the second level. The final two king bedrooms are located on the third level. All of the bedrooms offer ensuite baths and Smart TVs.

The top level is a lofty space with floor-to-ceiling windows where sound to ocean views are all the inspiration you need to seize the day. The large open chef’s kitchen will excite sandwich makers and gourmet cooks alike and the eight-seat counter allows conversational sous-chefs to stay in on the action.
