"The house was perfect for our family. We spent most of our time on the large back patio enjoying the beautiful view of the lake. The cove was peaceful and very quiet. Plenty of parking and space enough for truck and boat/ trailer. The kitchen is large and had everything we needed to cook family meals. The bedrooms were spacious with very comfortable beds. - Water Levels - Regulated by TVA, so standard timeframe for water, up to the water wall, is April 15 to at least October 15
