The large spacious contemporary house boasts Ocean Views from EVERY SINGLE room and from the comfortable 750sf elevated wood deck. "Lobstah" boats, seals, cranes, hawks, osprey, and ducks are constant entertainment. The sunset glowing on Indian Head lighthouse is a spectacular sight!
"Far Views" private paved road is approached from the south side of Rockport Harbor right down to the water's edge. A convenient location for the gourmet markets, veggie stands and restaurants in Rockport, Camden & Rockland.
This home has had a total renovation, has new A/C and is continually being upgraded and meticulously maintained. Meticulous! The decor is comfortable, detailed and modern. This is not your usual upmarket rental; this house includes art, beautiful furnishings and amenities.
Special attention has been paid to provide comfort and luxury while respecting it's natural surroundings. Along with outdoor living with lounging furniture, 2 dining areas, grill and a fireplace on the expansive deck which allows for relaxing and gazing. Not to mention the screened in porch.

Located in Rockport, this vacation home is on the waterfront. Center for Maine Contemporary Art and Owls Head Transportation Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Beech Hill Preserve and Andre the Seal Statue. Oakland Park Bowling Lanes and Golfer's Crossing Mini Golf are also worth visiting.
