The unit offers cable and wireless internet throughout with a TV in the living room and both bedrooms. The upper level hosts the living room/dining combo and a modern kitchen. This is also where the 2nd bedroom with twin beds, separate vanity and full bath are found. The large master suite and full bath with a walk-in closet is located downstairs. You also have your own private outside sitting area with adirondack chairs just perfect to read a book. All rooms have panoramic views of the bay, Owl Head Lighthouse and the famous Rockland Breakwater and Lighthouse. You will enjoy sitting on the wrap around porch having a cocktail and relaxing after a fun day golfing or exploring the area. The World-class Samoset ocean-side golf resort is your back yard with all the expected amenities of tennis courts, heated swimming pool and full workout facility with scheduled yoga, Pilates and group exercise classes available. Nearby attractions include sailing, restaurants, galleries, theater and shopping in the quaint villages of coastal Maine. Rockport is home to this condo. Rockland Breakwater Lighthouse and Owls Head Lighthouse are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Beech Hill Preserve and Camden Hills State Park.
