This home sits on a beautiful, sloping piece of property that's shared with a main house next door. It's the perfect Rockport location - just over a block up Main Street from the harbor, the opera house, and several wonderful restaurants in town. This is also a fantastic setting for exploring the Midcoast, with Camden (two miles), Camden Hills State Park (three miles), Rockland (seven miles), Belfast (20 miles), and so much more within an easy, scenic drive.
In the warmer months, you'll begin and end each sparkling day outside, taking in the lovely scene of the woods that surround you. Bring your coffee out to a rocking chair on the deck, light the gas grill on the patio for afternoon barbecues, and count the stars in the night sky from the hot tub or a seat by the firepit.
The interior spans 1,400 square feet of living space across three floors, with thoughtful elements of design and decor throughout. Everything feels special and intentional - the living room with a gas fireplace, the elegant eat-in kitchen with its stainless steel appliances and open shelving, the fitness room with a ballet bar and mirrors, and the downstairs den with its smart TV, piano, and bar. Even the loft-style bedroom features a skylight and a wonderful workspace overlooking the grounds, where you can log onto the complimentary WiFi in peace.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Located in Rockport, this vacation home is in a rural area and by the sea. Beech Hill Preserve and Camden Hills State Park reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Golfer's Crossing Mini Golf and Oakland Park Bowling Lanes. Sail Power and Steam Museum and Coastal Children's Museum are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
