Heated mattress cover available in the winter months. Also, sleep in late by closing the black-out curtains and lowering the transom window motorized blinds by the simple press of a button.

Living Room: Queen-sized sleeper sofa with panoramic sliding glass doors offering stunning views. Enjoy the sounds of the vinyl record player while playing board games. Or lounge on the sleeper sofa and watch your favorite movie with the subtle glow of the electric fire place.
