Sitting just off of Highway 101 it is incredibly convenient to reach and enjoy all that Rockaway Beach and the Pacific Northwest has to offer. Please note that professional pictures are due any day and we'll get those up the moment they are available.

Inside you will find an expansive layout filled with gorgeous views and countless amenities. All the décor and furnishing is brand new and was procured to create that perfect blend of comfort and style for your stay. There are two king beds, on queen bed and a bunk room with four XL built in bunk beds making it quite flexible for small groups and families.

The game room is not to be missed. It is loaded with fun options like ping pong and billiards. Don't miss a moment of the game or relax to your favorite show on the plush couches and three flat screen TV's. When the weather doesn't cooperate, there may not be a better place to enjoy and make some wonderful memories with your people.

We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

PET FRIENDLY: *There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Please be aware failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. *

PARKING: 2 cars max in front of garage. Please adhere to the parking signs located on the property.
