Inside, an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and wood accents throughout will greet you. To your right, the living area boasts a comfortable sectional and armchair surrounding a smart TV. From here, you can either access the well-appointed deck or the kitchen/dining area. The kitchen is fully appointed with all major appliances, including a dishwasher for a breezy post-meal clean up. The adjoining dining table seats up to five people comfortably and there are four extra stools at the breakfast bar. This floor also hosts a private bedroom with direct access to the deck and an en suite bathroom with a standalone shower and a jetted tub. The laundry room is also located on this floor.
You'll find three bedrooms and a shared bathroom upstairs. The largest bedroom of all features a smart TV, board games, a three-person table, and a space heater.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
Located in Rockaway Beach, this vacation home is by the sea. Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad and Cape Meares Lighthouse are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Nehalem Bay State Park and Oswald West State Park.
