With plenty of space for everyone to find their own piece of paradise, a private hot tub to soak in each evening, and a large deck with a gas grill, no one will want to leave this home away from home. After an exciting afternoon at the beach or in town, there will be no need to grab a bite to eat while out, as the fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to whip up tasty recipes with ease. Plus, the living room will be just the place for a movie night or game night with the whole gang!
When it is time to hit the hay, discover two inviting bedrooms boasting bright coastal decor and plush beds that will allow everyone to slip into a sound sleep in no time.
Simply walk 100 yards down the street and you will find yourself on the soft sand listening to the tide ebb and flow. For a change of scenery, make your way two-and-a-half miles south to the heart of Rockaway Beach where you can grab a latte from the local cafe, stock up on necessities at the grocery store, or pop into one of the many local restaurants and shops that make this coastal town so unique.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
