Located at the estuary of the Nehalem River and the Pacific Ocean, this spacious, family-friendly vacation rental is ready to be your next home-away-from-home at the Oregon Coast. Save a little money and prepare meals at home in the well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and then dine indoors at the table for eight or right outside at the table for four. This property is brimming with entertainment options including a cozy living area with a sectional sofa and flatscreen TV, a garage game room with foosball, shuffleboard, and Ping-Pong, and a soothing outdoor hot tub to cap off your days. The possibilities for fun in this area here are endless and include fishing, crabbing, surfing, kayaking, beachcombing, hiking, and whale watching.

Two double sofabeds provide additional sleeping options.
High chair, age-appropriate games and dinnerware, and baby gates provided for younger guests.
Two adult bikes, beach towels, and four beach chairs are available for guest use.
Streaming services are available with guests' accounts.
Outlet covers are available to protect younger guests.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
