You'll have the complete Oregon Coast experience at this beautiful home in Rockaway Beach - strolling to the sand each morning, spending your days crabbing and beachcombing, and soaking in the hot tub each night under an impossibly starry sky.
This two-story home is located in Nedonna Beach, a neighborhood that sits where the Nehalem River meets the open ocean. Take morning walks on the nature path across the street or head down to the beach four blocks west. You'll find much to explore here, including the sweet shops of downtown Rockaway (three miles), the fishing village of Garibaldi (eight miles), the small town of Manzanita (11 miles), and Nehalem Bay and Oswald West State Parks (13 miles).
There are so many small joys to take in at this home. Listen to the sounds of the creek out back as you sip your morning coffee on the deck, sear fresh local seafood on the gas grill for dinner, and tell stories around the firepit at day's end.
Inside, large windows fill the house with natural light and coastal views. Special features include a living room where you can stream movies, a front room that can act as either a playroom or a home office (complete with high-speed WiFi), and a Ping-Pong table in the garage for family tournaments.
All of the bedrooms (including a primary suite) are upstairs, along with a cozy den featuring another TV. A well-equipped kitchen, a bright dining area, and a washer/dryer round out the home essentials.
Things to Know
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
Located in Rockaway Beach, this vacation home is by the sea. Nehalem Bay State Park and Oswald West State Park reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad and Tillamook Country Smoker.
